I’m a little behind the times because I thought all Udi’s was known for was its gluten-free breads. Boy, was I wrong! Did somebody say chocolate??? My whole family LOVED these brownies.
These pizzas are great for people with soy allergies too. Just look at those chunks of tomatoes.
Someone that’s on a gluten-free diet can now feel like they’re eating “normal” foods. I think a lot of the complaints people had with going gluten free was initially taste related or that some of the foods had a different texture. I feel like Udi’s Gluten Free has conquered these two criticisms and makes foods that taste great and are yum to eat. They have breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacking, and most importantly dessert, covered with many delicious options!
I enjoyed this granola as cereal or making homemade granola bars. Just add peanut butter or something to make it stick together. This granola has a great crunchy taste.
And of course Udi’s still makes breads, but now has an awesome bagel line. So many options for those on a gluten free diet or who have celiac disease to find foods to enjoy.
